Chinese New Year In Sarawak

I just had a very interesting trip in Sarawak. It was my first time to travel to east Malaysia. It was also my first time, in a long time, that I spent my cny going abroad. I can say that I spent the past three days fruitfully by travelling to different places. Being here makes me understand numerous groups of indigenous people more deeply. Sarawak is also known as ' the land of the hornbills ', a very clean and quiet place i'd say. The hotel i stayed in was pretty good and comfortable as well. However it will not be suitable for youngsters to live in Sarawak though, the fact that it's too quiet and a separated population, it's making young clubbers clubbing a distant dream. Phew I'm glad i'm not one of those, so it's alright for me. Sarawak is quite a liveable place actually. Perhaps it's one my places. Food and property prices are also relatively cheaper as well. Malaysia is famously known as a multi–ethnic, multicultural, and multilingual society, it is also something that Malaysians should preserve. By visiting to the cultural villages will definitely improve your knowledge in sejarah, You should really get here because it makes sejarah a lot easier, merely memorizing sejarah would be simply meaningless you see. I'm proud that Sarawak is a part of Malaysia. We should be thankful for our political leaders in the past who took the effort combining this beautiful land with peninsular Malaysia. I encourage malaysians who never been here to come here. Make sure not to mess with the Ibans though! Don't want to see your head in their baruks! Happy chinese new year!
